Sambhaji Kudekar is the CEO and founding member of Transpower Switchgear Industries, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. With over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, he has been instrumental in leading the company since its inception in 1996. Prior to this, he worked at PACTIL from 1974 to 1995, gaining valuable experience in sales and marketing. Under his leadership, Transpower Switchgear Industries has become a prominent manufacturer of high mast poles, octagonal poles, decorative poles, street light poles, air break switches, gang-operated switches, and various electrical maintenance services, including transformer repairs and servicing.
